Teachers

When I meet with clients, I frequently find myself referencing teachers and books who have had an impact on my outlook.
Sometimes, I think an individual could learn very specific ideas, and other times I just want to grab a key concept as a way of illustrating my interpretation of a card.
There are many teachers, books, lectures and recordings which have informed my personal development. Sometimes I remember exactly who wrote what, and other times I cannot recall specifics beyond the words that I share.
I often reference Gary Zukav’s concept of The Earth School, as this place where we are all learning together. His books are filled with insight and wisdom. You can learn more here

Martha Beck has also been a source of inspiration and learning for me. Her book Expecting Adam: A True Story of Birth, Rebirth, and Everyday Magic is a perfect reading to provide a gateway into the world of things Unseen, and I often recommend it.
The Inner Child work of John Bradshaw arrived in my life in the 1990s at a time when I was ready to hear what he had to say. For those clients who disclose to me issues about their childhood, I point to Bradshaw’s books despite the truth that I have not reread for many years.

I have several books by Pema Chodron on my bedside table: even without reading it, the title _Start Where You Are_ is good advice for all of us, any time.

I was blessed to attend events with Wayne Dyer in Boston and Ottawa during the last years of his life. I was drawn to attend because I was already feeling the benefit of his teachings, and I am never shy about passing them along to others.
In Boston, I was also fortunate to attend a session led by Carolyn Myss. Already by then I had read some of her writings, and her oracle cards are a regular part of my work.
Oprah Winfrey’s television program introduced me to both Eckart Tolle and Marianne Williamson and I frequently refer to their teachings.
This list could keep growing. I find new lessons and teachers all the time, and I am a person who shares whatever new concepts make sense to me.

Learning from Abraham Hicks is an important part of my every day. I listen to audios and YouTube teachings, I read books and blogs and articles, and I frequently try to explain the origin of them. As the website says, “Sometimes no amount of words will do a subject justice.”
Abraham Hicks speaks directly to my understanding of Cosmic Realities, and guides me towards more profound understanding and expression.
When I am sharing Numerology and Synchronicity with clients, I feel at my best: I am doing what I am here to do. In those moments I feel very aligned with the teachings of Abraham, and indeed with all people listed here.
When I pass along the wisdom I have gained, I expect that it is on its way to be shared elsewhere. This is a work of our lives, I think, to teach what we have learnt, and to expand the impact of the teachings that help us find our greatness.

Card and Numerology readings can support you through life changes, and can open up discussions about many teachings.
