Oxbow Flow

    When I think and talk about allowing life to flow, I often use the image of a river. Water moves along, bringing circumstances and relationships to us at the correct times, and offering obstacles when we are prepared to overcome them.
    Thinking of life and time as a flowing river helps to connect with the motion of life, the progress, and  the change that is constant in the Human Condition.
